广汽集团大自主战略遭到质疑:嫡庶有别   广汽大自主 “嫡庶”有别   广汽集团旗下三大自主板块情况迥异,“嫡系”广汽传祺在短短几年间,将“庶出”的广汽吉奥、广汽中兴的销量远远抛在背后   李溯婉   在广汽集团(601238.SH)同一土壤里,三大自主板块开花结果情况迥然不同。目前,嫡系广汽传祺如沐春风,“庶出”的广汽吉奥与广汽中兴则黯淡无光。广汽集团被指过于偏爱自主品牌广汽传祺,近日发生的“岚豹品牌”事件,让广汽集团“大自主”战略遭到质疑。   今年2月初,一个全新自主品牌岚豹汽车,忽然通过招商手册发布消息称,岚豹汽车是广汽中兴的全新品牌,采用广汽乘用车标识,并对广汽集团、广汽研究院、广汽乘用车宜昌分工厂进行了介绍。招商手册显示,岚豹汽车的招商主体是广汽中兴。该手册还公布了新品牌的产品规划,即岚豹将于未来3年内陆续推出包括SUV、轿车和新能源汽车在内的6款新产品,预计首款车型是今年6月上市的一款SUV。   不过,广汽集团近日正式澄清:广汽集团和广汽中兴均未直接或间接对“岚豹汽车”进行过任何投资或经营,广汽亦未授权“岚豹汽车”或“岚豹”品牌使用“广汽”标识。广汽集团内部人士2月24日接受《第一财经日报》记者采访时称,有必要厘清事实,此前有媒体报道“岚豹汽车”有望替代现有广汽中兴,成为广汽集团下属的乘用车品牌与事实不符。据媒体报道,中兴汽车方面承认,岚豹汽车是在广汽中兴合作框架内规划的新品牌,但目前合资公司双方尚未就这一规划达成一致意见。   嫡庶际遇有别   广汽集团旗下的广汽乘用车和中兴汽车于2013年在湖北宜昌成立合资公司广汽中兴,广汽与中兴双方的股比为40:60,计划开发全新的产品和品牌。不过,在过去几年里,广汽中兴进展缓慢。目前在广汽中兴的官网上,只有一款在售车型C3。另一款打着广汽中兴旗号在市场上销售的CX3,其实来自于中兴汽车在河北的保定基地。相关数据显示,广汽中兴2015年全年销量仅为2671辆。此次,中兴汽车在未征得广汽同意的前提下单方以广汽中兴名义来推出“岚豹”品牌,被业内认为是迫于当下不容乐观的形势。   在广汽集团对外发布的产销快报中,一直未将股比低于50%的广汽中兴列入其中,自主板块只有广汽乘用车和广汽吉奥的销量数据。2010年12月,广汽集团与吉奥集团正式合资成立广汽吉奥,其中广汽集团和吉奥集团持有广汽吉奥的股权分别是51%和49%,开创了汽车行业国企与民企合资的先例。不过,目前广汽吉奥的销量也并不尽如人意。2015年,广汽吉奥销量1.14万辆,同比下滑55.43%,而同期广汽乘用车销量为19.51万辆,同比增长44.85%,增速在自主品牌中仅次于江淮,排第二。广汽乘用车在2010年底才推出自主品牌广汽传祺的首款新车,而短短几年内迅猛发展,去年在广汽集团130万辆总销量占比已升至15%。   “嫡系”广汽传祺在短短几年间,将“庶出“的广汽吉奥、广汽中兴的销量远远抛在背后。广汽集团“大自主”战略遭到质疑,究竟是一枝独秀还是三足鼎立?   广汽集团内部人士2月24日接受《第一财经日报》记者采访时称,广汽传祺是广汽集团全资控股的企业,因此在决策、投资、研发等方面的速度会更快,而在其他两家与自主车企合资的公司中,决策等毕竟需要经过双方协商,尤其是广汽中兴,控股权握在中兴手中。对于广汽吉奥,广汽集团正在推进收购吉奥持有的49%股份,预计最近将会有结果,一旦广汽集团全资控股广汽吉奥之后,预计广汽吉奥的竞争力也将会得以进一步增强。   《第一财经日报》记者查阅广汽集团去年底发布的“1513”战略这一“十三五”规划,其中“1”个重点就是举全集团之力发展自主品牌,实现自主品牌事业的跨越式发展。该集团在自主业务方面的规划是,持续围绕“两个中心、四个平台”,即以广汽研究院为技术研发中心和以广汽乘用车为生产制造中心,整合共享研发、采购、品牌销售与服务渠道四大平台资源,构建“大自主”产业格局。   一支独大还是全面开花?   有接近广汽集团的人士接受本报记者采访时谈到,自主品牌要在合资品牌中厮杀出一条道路非常不容易,广汽集团现将大量的人力、物力以及财力往广汽传祺身上倾斜,重点先将广汽传祺做大,容不得半点闪失,现阶段将以广汽传祺为主,广汽吉奥、广汽中兴等品牌为辅,这与“大自主”并不存在矛盾冲突,假如广汽中兴这时推出一个全新品牌,则要投入大量的营销费用和时间成本,时机还不成熟。   在自主车企谋求发展的过程中,奇瑞、吉利等车企在发展多品牌战略上都曾遭遇过挫折,此后又相继宣布回归到一个品牌。目前,名列前茅的长安、长城等都未采取多个自主品牌齐头并进的战略,重点打造核心自主品牌,其中,长安去年以100.7万辆的销量位居自主品牌销量榜首。相比之下,东风汽车自2011年开始实施“大自主”,但步伐没有长安等车企速度快。2015年,东风大自主战略中的销量目标设定在180万辆~200万辆,而去年未实现这一目标。目前,东风汽车旗下包括风行、风神以及风度三大自主品牌,三者发展差距也较大,东风汽车在不断通过整合,促进大自主进一步发展。近日,东风汽车对风度所在的郑州日产动刀,进行业务调整。   汽车专家张志勇在接受《第一财经日报》记者采访时谈到,在自主品牌尚未发展到一定高度时,最好还是以单一品牌为主,不要轻易尝试同时多品牌运作,这样容易造成资源分散等问题,等到嫡系自主品牌在市场牢牢站稳脚跟之后,才根据实际情况收购品牌或培育新品牌,之间要有差异化,形成“大自主”协同发展。从广汽集团目前情况看,依然是集中精力发展广汽传祺嫡系品牌,大自主还处于试水阶段。 进入【新浪财经股吧】讨论相关的主题文章:
