For example, someone that is 35 years old and weigh 135 might burn 250 calories per hour mopping while someone that is 40 years may burn 230. When doing these choirs try to pick up the pace. Many times we tend to take our time with our choirs but if you really want a great workout you will need to get your heart pumping. Turn on the radio and do a lot of hip movement.
